We process Pineapple pulp, Mango and Passion fruit Pure and concentrates. We also produce Pineapple and Passion single strength fruit Juice.
Aseptic Organic pineapple pulp and concentrates
Our pineapple pulp/concentrate IS a homogeneous yellow pulp with a ripe pineapple flavor. The pulp is sterilized at 110°C through a tubular sterilization chamber and packaged in aseptic bags using a mono head aseptic filler. Each bag is then placed in drums and covered with a plastic lid
Our pineapple pulp is manufactured under food safety norms and is fit for human consumption. The pulp does not contain any added sugars, preservatives, and food colors and is completely free from allergens and genetically modified organisms (GMOs)
Aseptic mango pure and concentrates
Our mango pure/concentrate is a homogeneous golden yelow pure with a ripe mango flavor. The Puree is sterilized at 110°C through the tubular sterilization chamber and packaged in aseptic bags using a mono head aseptic filler. Each bag is then placed in a conical drum and covered with a plastic lid.

100% Passion Single Strength Juice
Our passion fruit single strength juice is a homogeneous yellow juice with a flavor charcteristic of ripe passion fruits. The Juice is sterilized at 100°C through the tubular sterilization chamber, and packaged in aseptic bags using a mono head aseptic filler.Filled aseptic bags are then placed in conical drums and covered with plastic lids.
Our Passion fruit juice is manufactured under food safety norms and is fit for human consumption. The juice does not contain any added sugars, preservatives, and food colors and is completely free from allergens and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Our Process
Each fruit is produced in the process line of our multi – fruit line that meets the quality and safety conditions, in addition to the corresponding certifications.
Our fruits are washed under high pressure and then brushed using in-built brushes. This is done to eliminate any foreign matter before processing.

The pulp is obtained from fruits subjected to a rigorous process of washing, selection, brushing, mechanical extraction, preheating, deaeration, sterilization, cooling, aseptic packaging and storage at room temperature.

220 L aseptic bags placed in Conical Drum LT. 220, with Plastic lid 0 560 Drum External body - Enamel color Blue 15 micron +/- 1. Internal body - Varnish pigment epoxy phenolic pale yellow 15 micron +/-1. The drums material agree with norms of food contact.
